Advanced data analytics can enable more original content and creativity while helping to reduce risk for decision makers.
Story and creative talent is king, advanced data analytics can enable it.
What does MediaTech mean to you and how is it relevant to your work?
Technology is one of the key drivers for innovation and the development of our modern society. It has been applied to improve the production side of film but not yet the business side. MediaTech
is relevant at the intersection of media and technology to discover and discuss how technology can support the creative and business side of the media industry.
Do you have any intriguing insights that you want to share with us?
Only 4% of independent films recoup their investment at the moment, a more analytical approach using appropriate data at the early stages of content creation and financing can significantly
improve that statistic.
AI-driven “prototyping” analytics will actually enable more original content as it will provide a better risk assessment framework. Decision makers do not need to rely on IP based prequel, sequel
content as much to reduce risk but will have more confidence in investing into creative, original content.
