MeetToMatch is an effective way to do business at events. It is aimed at meeting potential business partners by choice rather than chance. Use the MeetToMatch service to plan your meetings before
the event starts. Meeting space will be reserved for you at the event when a meeting is confirmed. And it’s more than just being a meeting application: you get a personal matchmaker assigned that
can help out with all your questions, and who chases all participants to fill out the profile information and respond to incoming meeting requests.
MeetToMatch is included in the VIP and Conference ticket, and you will receive login credentials when you order one of these tickets.
MeetToMatch is a
combination of technology with human-centered service: When your account is set, a personal matchmaker is assigned who will work on getting your meeting invitations accepted. The matchmaker will
guide you through the process with the aim of getting you the most relevant meetings as possible.
The meeting manager is user-friendly. Just log-in, complete your profile and start using it intuitively. Use the meeting manager to find potential business partners and set-up appointments. You
can instantly see who is available at what timeslot, so you only have to make an attractive introduction through the meeting manager. Within the online meeting manager, you are allowed to plan
meetings up until and even during the event.
The meetings are held at a separate location at the venue, only accessible for participants of MeetToMatch. At that location either a space with meeting tables is prepared for you to meet with
potential business partners. Your personal agenda will always show the meeting location for each specific meeting.
Use web interface, download the MeetToMatch iOS or Android app (search in the store for
MeetToMatch) and use it to work on your profile, check on the agenda, find contact details of a meeting partner, or manage your appointments.
