Florian Hager is working for the Healthineers Customer Service Headquarter Organization as Innovation Manager. He started working for Customer Service back in 2004 and went through various
different positions and roles from Team Lead to Project Manager and finally Key Expert. It is his responsibility to drive and lead exploration and experimentation within the Customer Service
Further, in his Principal Key Expert Role and as founder of the ASOR (AllSortsOfReality) Community, he is also heading the Technology Cluster AR/VR within Healthineers. And last but not least, he
is driving several transformation initiatives under the T-Club movement within Healthineers. These initiatives tackle topics crucial for Healthineers to integrate and drive digital game changers,
e.g. the Digital Twin as part of the DigitalTwinning initiative.
