Thomas Bedenk is VP Extended Reality at Endava and has over 20 years of experience in digital productions. His focus areas are Strategy, XR and UX for digital transformation across industries.
Past projects span from learning, product design to marketing and sales for clients like Siemens, Audi and Volkswagen. He is a frequent speaker at international conferences. Thomas is founding
member of Virtual Reality BB and the German Game Assoiciation and judge at several industry awards.
From 2008 until 2015 he had his own game studio Brightside Games, honored with the Best Game Design award at the German Developer Prize, and was also teaching at game schools and universities.
Thomas has degrees in Media Design and Human Factors, with a Master Thesis on perception in virtual environments. Prior, he was a freelance interactive designer and developer for 10 years and
worked on special effects in the movie industry. In 1998 he published his first video games online.
