With a solid track record of almost two decades of experience working within the TV & Media Domain, Till understands the needs of different customer groups — from Broadcasters to Operators.
He is an expert in implementing business models to improve B2B and B2C customer development to increase customer satisfaction, upselling rates and churn prevention on the TV and in the SaaS
Till started in the IPTV/TV business in 2006 when he was the lead of the TV-launch project of Deutsche Telekom, being responsible to implement the IPTV-product of Deutsche Telekom in Germany.
After successfully launching the IPTV product Entertain (now Magenta TV) he was nominated to become P&L-responsible for the entire TV customer base of Deutsche Telekom, before he founded his
own TV consultancy company where he worked for TV companies like e.g. Sky, Sport1, ARD and UPC.
Prior to joining NPAW, Till worked in different Startups in SaaS and Media businesses as CMO and COO, helping these companies to improve their business model and to scale, by providing strategic
direction and implementing successful processes and Marketing concepts.
Till joined NPAW in April 2020, as a CMO.
He holds a Master in Economics from University of Freiburg, Germany and studied Marketing at UMASS in Boston, USA.
